Summer's Essay
If you had the ability to vote in this year’s presidential election, who would you vote for and why?

If I had the ability to vote in this year ‘s presidential election my nominee would be Barack Obama. I would pick Senator Obama because he could change the United States of America. He could probably get gas prices to go down and stay down. People would have extra money to spend so my Mom and Dad can take me shopping more. When Sen. Obama becomes president, the U.S.A. would be a happier place. Here are some facts about our next President:

Barrack Obama was born in Hawaii on Aug. 4, 1961. His father was born in Kenya (West Africa), his mother Ann Dunham was from Kansas. Barrack was raised by his mother and grand-parents. Now he is an Illinois Senator. But above all his accomplishments and experiences, he is most proud and grateful for his family. His wife, Michelle, and his two daughters, Malia, 10, and Sasha, 7, live on Chicago's South Side. His family is his biggest supporters. The Obamas lived a normal life, until Barack decided to run for president. He later picked Joe Biden as his Vice President to help him with this new change.

Some of Sen. Barack’s goals for the USA is to find a way to cut down on people getting HIV and finding a cure for those that has it in the US and Africa: he will try to bring our troops home as soon as possible, high on his list is our education, and also will make health insurance affordable to all. This is an election that has everyone involved from my grandparents to me. We (anyone that can) most all go out and VOTE for a CHANGE, when you go vote please remember that Obama is Left and McCain is Right.
