Often seen with their signature one-shoulder riding vests, the ladies of 4U2NV Ryderz work hard to set trends. More importantly, these ladies work hard to set the stage for females riders looking to become long lasting members of the motorcycle community. Based on the idea that one should “be who you are and not what people want you to be”, Founder Mary J envisioned a club that would bring together women who have the same interests and strive to stay on top of their game. In an effort to combat the age old adage that women are malevolent, 4U2NV Ryderz strive to show others that women can work together versus frowning on one another for doing big things.

For the ladies of 4U2NV Ryderz, the secret to longevity has been honesty and being realistic with one another. The ladies understand that being a part of a motorcycle club is not all about attending the many parties that pack the weekends. They are wives, mothers, and career women with families and they don’t mind helping others. Part of the club’s purpose is to encourage more involvement with underprivileged individuals and families in their communities. One major project 4U2NV Ryderz has underway is creating a mentoring foundation with the Salvation Army. Currently, the members go to various group homes both as a club and on an individual basis to offer guidance to young girls and show them the positive examples of being a young lady in society. Other community efforts include work at a local food bank packaging food as well as participation in numerous city hall events like motorcades and parades. Staying visible in community events allow them to reinforce what they are already showing young girls about projecting a positive image in the community.

Another secret to 4U2NV Ryderz success has been their determination to get know one another as individuals. One way to do that is to spend time together outside of the motorcycle and community service events. For them, it’s important to be friends outside the motorcycle world as well, so they spend time at family events amongst themselves. Their support system is strong and they respect one another’s space. In fact, the biggest squabble that plagues the club tends to be agreeing on what to wear!
Since their inception, the ladies of 4U2NV Ryderz have seen a decrease in male dominance in the motorcycle world due to the influx of female riders. Ladies can be seen on bikes nowadays more than ever, even on the track. One club member, Creme, hits the track on a regular basis and is currently seeking sponsorships. To them, having heart and not being scared is important for anyone looking to ride two wheels. When 4U2NV Ryderz first hit the scene, it was during the 2006 off season and many doubted them and what they stood for. Once the warm weather hit though, and these ladies hit the scene on two’s, everyone soon learned these ladies were definitely something 4U2NV.
