Spotlight of the Month

Mission Statement:
To promote unity & safety in motorcycle riding and in the motorcycle community in addition to giving back to the community by promoting charitable events & community service.

Charities Supported:
Members of Missing Linx MC (MLMC) support all MC & SC charity events from fundraisers such as fish frys and car & bike washes to toy drives. Missing Linx MC hosts two big charity events a year. They host a “Feed the Hungry” event on Thanksgiving day as well as a “Hygiene Pack Giveaway” for Christmas.

The “Feed the Hungry” event is when MLMC along with various MCs, SCs, friends, family, co workers, etc. get together and bring cooked meals to serve all those that are less fortunate and hungry on Thanksgiving day.

The “Hygiene Pack Giveaway” is an event that they host at a local homeless shelter usually the Saturday before Christmas. They compile giant ziplock bags filled with hygiene products such as brushes, combs, toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, soap, lotion, powder, shampoo, etc. Missing Linx MC decided to do something different for the Christmas season by giving away these “hygiene packs” to people who simply can’t afford these basic necessities. The items are greatly appreciated at the homeless shelter where there are single men & women as well as families that live there that need these items.
