The flyer should not exceed 600x400 or 400x600 with 300dpi resolution. Flyers exceeding these dimensions will be sized to fall within the guidelines. How much will it cost my club to advertise our event on
Urban Burnout?
The cost to post event flyers is $10 PER EVENT. This includes ALL event types (i.e., motorcycle parties, charity events, track events, cruises, etc.). To have your event included for a specific week, please pay via PayPal no later than Monday at 5:00 pm Eastern time that week. Click PayPal button at bottom of page to submit payment for event posting. After you have submitted your payment, you will be prompted to upload your flyer(s).
Can I post a two-sided flyer promoting multiple different events/dates?
We strongly encourage you to submit one event per flyer. Flyers for mutliple events that are NOT held over a consecutive number of days (examples: anniversary weekend or 2-day track event) require a $10 payment for EACH event date listed on the flyer(s).
Can I update my flyer after it's been posted?
Yes, however there will be a $10 fee associated with the request. Each request to add or change a flyer requires a change to the website, so a fee must be applied for administrative purposes. So, please ensure your flyer has all the correct information. The $10 fee applies regardless of the reason for the flyer change (rain date, change of venue, etc).
