APRIL 2007

Spotlight of the Month
BLOODLINE RYDERZ MC
Atlanta, GA

With a solid mission to create and establish a family unit that will continually provide and exhibit safe riding skills along with participating in community and charitable events, the Bloodline Ryderz are living up to their name. It is their intent to pass along their club’s success from generation to generation and for each generation to bond and make traditions.  The guys of Bloodline Ryderz are 12 strong individuals, who are more like brothers that want to make a difference in their community.

The Bloodline Ryderz are actively involved in their community development. One of their favorite outreach programs is The Nicholas House, Inc. which serves homeless families from across the Atlanta area. They accept entire families, no matter what their size or make-up. By accepting the entire family, The Nicholas House helps keep families together like the Bloodline Ryderz brotherhood. The Bloodline Ryderz have cooked and served food at the Nicholas House to show understanding of circumstance and to help them value the concept that anything is possible. The house is run every day solely by volunteers, so the Bloodline Ryderz are always sure to cover their shift.

In addition to supporting the Nicholas House, the Bloodline Ryderz also strive to be a positive moving force within their community. They are huge supporters of organizations related to blood disorders like Anemia, Hemophilia, High Blood Pressure, HIV/AIDS, Leukemia and Sickle Cell Disease. Other community events the Bloodline Ryderz participate in include adopting families for the holidays to create an atmosphere of warmth, safety and compassion, as well as charity rides, and supporting the many charitable organizations other motorcycle clubs contribute to.

Aside from their community outreach, the Bloodline Ryderz also work to promote riding safety and a positive image for the motorcycle community. It is their goal to help young people see the positive alternatives in life and serve as role models. They want to ensure that kids know how to invest money and make it in life without dealing drugs. Within 5-10 years, the Bloodline Ryderz hope to establish a scholarship fund for college bound students, develop real estate and businesses for their community and continue to let others know that if they stay positive, they can be a success. All of the members of Bloodline Ryderz are visionaries and collectively, they can encompass everyone’s dreams and touch so many lives.

As members of the Motorcycle Alliance Group of Georgia (MAGG), reps from the Bloodline Ryderz meet monthly with other GA club reps to discuss safety issues. For them, putting safety first includes practicing rides, following city/state laws, using hand and leg signals among other things, and then reviewing all of these things regularly so members know what to expect. Being a member of MAGG and leading by example helps the Bloodline Ryderz maintain their positive view within the community.

The Bloodline Ryderz are excited to give back to the community and are hoping that the opportunity will become available to establish relationships with sponsors within and outside the community that can assist with their long-term goals.
