The lady behind Urban Burnout is Dionne Nichols, an entrepreneur and business financial & IT analyst. The concept behind the magazine was developed in an effort to help her many motorcycle friends have a single location to get all the information they need on upcoming events and who's who in the motorcycle community. Almost 5 years later, Urban Burnout continues to grow beyond expectations!
Erica Sparrow Assistant Editor
Erica joined the Urban Burnout family in January 2007, as a Web Communications Editor. With a strong entrepreneurial spirit, she soon became Dionne's 'right hand', contributing to anything from marketing and advertising, to the creative direction of the magazine. Currently, Erica fills the role of Assistant Editor to UB, and as a part time Personal Trainer, will also be a regular contributor on topics of general health, fitness, well being.
Michelle "Honey" Marvin, Business Manager
Being an Independent Rider (IR), Honey will bring a flavor to Urban Burnout that is all her own. Her undeniable passion for being on them bad azz 2’s makes her well respected in the MC Community not only locally, but also nationwide. Honey is committed to getting things back to how it was in the beginning…..riding, fellowship and community service.
LaTonya "Harmony" Jones, Contributing Writer
A registered nurse with a love for riding and writing, Harmony prides herself on the love of her family and the love of her club. She has a flare for tactfully voicing her opinion and making her views on issues known. Harmony is passionate regarding her commitment to Urban Burnout and the foundation on which it stands. “Becoming a staff member for Urban Burnout was a proud day for me and I look forward to working side-by-side with my fellow colleagues to ensure that Urban Burnout remains a solid entity in the motorcycle community.”
"Whisper", Contributing Writer Fresh off the boat from Connecticut, this young kat returns to his old stomping grounds of North Carolina. A seeker of extreme adventures and the odd and unusual, "Whisper" joins the Urban Burnout crew to give his input on the ever expanding and booming motorcycle lifestyle and culture.

As a founding member of Grown & Sexy Ryderz MC/SC, Dimplz is a sister to many and enemy to none. Known for always giving 2 Dimplz worth of LOVE wherever she goes, her smile and infectious laughter are known to fill a room! Her friendly disposition makes her role as UB’s Club Liaison an easy one.
